valve adjustment question????

i have a b16 head on my gsr and i have upgraded cams (skunk2 stage 2's) and i need to know if i still adjust the valves to stock specs? and if so what are the specs on the valve adjustment... i also have an aftermarket valvetrain, THANKS

personally i adjusted mine BC3+ to the buddyclub recomendation
