2003 Accord LX Radio Upgrade to Climate Control

Hi,
Anyone know if I can upgrade my 2003 Accord LX's radio to the one with
climate control without having to change any other electrical or mechanical components?

Nope sorry it's a completely different wiring harness.

and you need abunch of sensor and mount for the computer to read
