Default OBD1 to OBD2 chassis conversion...

I hear alot of...dont convert to OBD2, just get an OBD1 ECU and be done with it.

sometimes that's not possible. Like in my case I already purchased the moded OBD2 ECU (originally for a 6gen, but now i'm foced to stick it in a 5gen)

is the conversion just too hard? not reliable once done? or is there just no one out there who has done it therefore doesnt have the expertise?

Please help!!!
