Toda Header vs SMSP

Toda Header vs SMSP
So someone has offered to trade me my Toda spec B's for the Toda header plus alittle cash... I have Toda spec C's in now.
Do you all think its worth it to get the Toda header, or wait till I can afford the SMSP header... I would just wait for the SMSP header, but I can't sell my cams... no ones buying haha.

that header will sell easier than those cams.
work out a deal with him..see how much cash would be involved, and i say go for it.
btw, did you check the 909 header test out? i'm sold on the rage header.

That Rage header is the Hy-Tech header with the name tag taken off.And it was in this header shoot out here

It Hondata tuned and Jeff Evans is my tuner. Other mods are things like CTR pistons, Toda Spec C's, RC 310 Injectors, Toda Valve Train, TI retainer etc etc etc. Its fully built. ANd I would like to hit 220 wheel with it.

If you have those mods with that tuner, then hands down....do the SMS. The Toda is, IMO, the best "off the shelf header" that you can buy....but nothing beats a custom built manifold when you have a decent sized motor and mods with a good tuner.

Yea I was thinking you all would go for the SMSP header. Its just a better header and for only like 200 more its worth the additonal power and torque gains to me. I want the best I can get for mymoney. Especially with everything else thats done to the dam caR haha.

I had the toda header on my all motor eg and jeff tuned it. The car hit 203hp with that header. I think it might did better with a better header. Right now I am still trying to choose a header myself. Might go with smsp

yea I think I am gonna wait out for the SMS header, or I might get the toda header then sell it and use that money for the SMS header. Cams aren't really selling.

i bought my toda header for $550 shipped. used, but no problems with it at all. best investment besides hondata that i made. on CATs dyno, i out did my previous jdm itr 4-1 header by 5-9 whp and 2-5 more trq EVERYWHERE.
you cant compare both header at the retail price, but there are second hand headers out there you can get for a good deal. at CAT i hit 200whp with stock b16 head, ctr cams, and 11.5 cr lsvtec. before with 4-1 jdm header i was at 191.
hp carries out another 500 rpm as well.
