Bought a CRX, now general questions...
Greetings from the other side of the world, Im from New Zealand & have just bought a 1988 CRX.
Its a Si, non V-tec, exhaust & filter & HT-leads have been done, Im told its been chipped but it doesnt feel like its that quick, & Ive been lead to believe the cams have been swapped too, but I dont believe it.
It doesnt matter too much as Im thinking about turbo-charging or a H22 V-tec. How much effort & parts swapping will the H22 need?
Also the steering is a little squeeky from around the boss kit. Anyone else come across that too? & do they make a airbag kit for CRX's?
CHEERS!

H22 is a very difficult swap compared to any b-series swap. You need to do some cutting and in my opinion its not worth it. I suggest you build your engine to handle some boost. You should be very happy if you boost your car.
Depending on how much body/structual work needs doing, laws here are a little different, but I can do most of it legally.
Also Ive heard that the whole rear axel section can tear out as its only spot weilded to the body, has anyone had this happen?
