Default Bent the Rear so-called "K-frame"

i was doin some rallying on some back roads and went off the road on an s-turn that i took too fast and hit a rock . . . boulder . . . IT WAS HUUUGE!!! . . . nah i think it was just as big as a granite curb cause thats how much damage it did. Luckily i still had momentum when i hit it so i just kept on goin cause i didnt wanna get stuck in some ditch on the side of the road.
AAAnyways i bent the rear lower left control arm (theres a mouthful) from the looks of it before i stuck it on a lift. BUut unfortunately i bent the metal black box-like piece that bolts onto the unibody in between the two left and right control arms. I heard someone make up a name for it calling it a "rear K-frame" since there was basically the same thing up front.
Now when i told a couple salvage yards i basically had to describe it to them cause they didn't know what i meant when i said "rear k-frame"

#1 I'd like to know what that piece would be called in technical terms so i can try searching for it online
#2 Where would i find an oem replacement relatively cheap online??
and #3 HOW DO U GET THOSE BLOODY LEFT AND RIGHT FRONT CONTROL ARMS OFF?!?!?! cause the freakin bolt doesnt wanna come out even with a 12 ton press!!!!

#1 slow down
#2 I call it the rear sub frame. That's probably how you will find it in a non Honda specific junkyard.
#3 you need a big hammer to beat those ball joints loose if that's what your talking about. I'm not kidding. I use a 3 pound sledge hammer to beat them loose (hit the control arm not the stud)
