Default help me with my crx

i have a 1989 honda crx and i did my mpfi conversion and my car started then one of my sensor wires touched my block and my car dies abruptly and now it wont start and my ECU shows no light and i have no spark if its one of my relays do u which one it could be and where

check for blown fuses first
