i bought the prelude short shifter from them on Dec. 9th.

on Dec. 14th, since I had not received any kind of confirmation on the order, i emailed them asking when i could expect to receive shipment.

on Dec. 17th, since I had not received a reply to my email, i sent another email asking for a status.

today, Dec. 19th, i still have not heard a single word.

there is no number to call, there is nothing except for this email address, which they apparently do not check.

i was hoping to receive this before Christmas, as it is a present. looks like that's not going to happen. what a way to do business..


anyone have any additional info on these guys? i'm this close >< to disputing my PayPal payment.

yea this has been a common problem with them it seems, apparently people do get their stuff but very eventually...

 

i've filed a claim with PayPal. i never received any kind of response, so here's to hoping i get my money back, or jeff brazill gets moving and sends me the short shifter..

 

i thought he went out of business and stopped producing his products.....

if that's the case, he should reflect that on his website. since he hasn't done that, if he is indeed out of business, he should then refund any payments sent to him, as well as respond to emails..

 

the guy is a fraud, hopefully the money is still in his paypal account and paypal can get your money back.

 

what sucks is he seems to have a good product here. i've read reviews and people seem to be happy when they get their stuff.

this was also supposed to be an xmas present for my bro. instead, he got a picture of it in a box.

 

Don't worry I say...some companies just take awhile around the holidays. I ordered my ViS Invader CF Hood from JTRSport Dec. 15th and finally today I get a tracking number and it will be here next week.
