i'd just yell at people and give 'em the finger instead of honking. Gets the message across a lot better.
well the wiring is good i believe. i have power to one wire and the other doesnt have power, leading me to believe thats the ground. does the clip to go into the horn suppose to have power to both sides or just one. I have constant power to one side of the clip. The wires inside the steering wheel are hooked up. I tried two diff horns and they both work with hooking it up to the battery.

I found out I have the same problem! When I try it, I hear the clicking from the relay under the dash, and I can hear the clicking from the actual horn, and I checked the fuse. Can anyone help me troubleshoot from here???

Actually, instead of reposting several questions in different threads it's best if we can answer many peoples questions with a single thread. So telling him to 'get his own thread' is very ignorant and selfish.
Take off your air bag and make sure everything is correctly hooked up within there. The horn is wired up through the entire SRS system, good luck trying to troubleshoot that.

You probably have a pinched wire inside your steering wheel I know I've had trouble before with wires getting pinched. None of them will be cut but check the wiring for pressed in lines from other components. If all else fails just rewire the whole thing!

Now this makes no sense.
The horn has power all the time. When you mash the button it creates a ground that makes the horn go beep beep. Your horn relay should be mounted to your outside dash mount with I think 4 wires running to it. Your horn wires are red/blu and white/grn. How the hell you this responder got a twisted wire in the wheel is beyond me. I did not notice if your car is air bag equipped or not.

No not the firewall....the left dash bracket that is attatched to the kick panel area. Near the door. Should be a silver or black bracket.
