s2k / s2000 wheels on Prelude
Can I put s2k wheels on the lude. I know preferably it has to be the front s2k wheels on all 4 of the prelude. But will putting s2k rears be ok On the lude.
If you have a 5th gen., then you're right, you can only use the front wheels from an s2000. The rear wheels will not work because of the offset.
If you have a 4th gen., then you've got to be kidding...

if you're going to put stock honda wheels on a prelude, then put stock ******* honda prelude wheels on your prelude...
otherwise, stop being a typical honda cheap-*** and buy some damn rims...

whoa somebody is a little angry.
I think that OEM honda rims look awesome, which is why I got the SE prelude rims on my 4th gen instead of spending too much money getting rotas or something everyone else has on their car

I don't hate you guys (I don't hate anybody, for that matter) I just hate the stigma that you've created that I have to deal with as a fellow Honda owner/enthusiast.
And, yeah, you're so unique by putting rims from another Honda on your prelude instead of buying a set of rims. Yeah, nobody's ever thought of doing that before...

Well by that logic you can't say anybody who actually buys rims for their honda is any more original, there's only so many that people can actually put on their Preludes, especially 4th gens since the bolt pattern is less common. Seriously, browse the Prelude pic thread, it's like the same 6 sets of rims over and over, and before this thread I'd never seen a 5th gen with S2k wheels, so that's original as far as I'm concerned

putting wheels that dont even fit right is quite original, which is becuase nobody with a good head on top of their shoulders is going to do something that doesnt work right...
they dont even look good....esp on that gay silver 5g....
the only reason i chose 96 spec itr wheels for my prelude is they were by FAR the cheapest 12lb rim anywhere....

this is crazy how you people spend your time to talk all this **** about something... if you dont like it then just dont say anything.. i dont understand the hate that people have for things... post your cars up and we can sit down and talk **** about your cars... so lets start that... all the **** talkers post your cars up and we can sit and point out the gay **** you guys have
To answer the question, yes you can put s2k wheels on a lude. the idea is to use all fronts from the s2k. the rears will not fit. in my opinion, it looks nice. although they are all not the lightest of wheels, the quality of them is actually better then most aftermarket wheels you can buy for a reasonable price. Its funny to see new the gen of h-t'ers. It has changed a lot over the years. use to be a place where you could actually get help with your projects
