best cams and headers for nos set up

best cams and headers for nos set up
just got h22 for my 98 integra and plan on running either 75 or 100 shots of nos and wanna know what would be the best headers or cams for this set-up.

Anyway, if you've got the money, go RMF and Crower Nitrous cams. Now, before you dropped the H22 in, did you build up the bottom end? Or at least put in new piston rings? If you're "building" this engine for nitrous, you need to build all of it. How many miles on the engine? Nitrous can destroy piston rings that have 130,000+ miles on them in less then 10 sprays

ok here is an example. type S cams in H22a and Valve train and portpolish head with dc headers. u can spray up to 50shot now that would be SAFE way to do it. or go with stage 2 or 3 cams and valvetrain package and etc... ur riskin ur motor. think ok? 75 to 100 shot is too much unless its fully built and its not safe. I rather go safe

You can run a 75 if you have a retarding unit on the car.....I wouldnt run the crower nitrous cams myself (same as the turbo cams) due to the NA performance suffering from it pretty good. Im running the crower 2bs (big lobes) with a 50 shot and like the combo myself. Good street, good nitrous, good all around.....
