Gas Pedal roughness

The gas pedal doesnt depress smoothly but needed a bit of force to push down. This happens when the car remain stationary for a few hours. Any suggestion? thx

Corroding Throttle cable (Binds)
Worm Throttle Body thru shaft (binds)

There's not much more than that

Some cars can get STD...Sticky Throttle Disease very common problem in 98+ accords
