Default LS exhaust question

I have a 94 LS with AEM CAI, stock header, stock cat., and stock exhaust. I was adj. my coil overs yesterday and noticed my exhaust system don't look too good. Now my car is starting to make a buzzing sound (sounds like it's coming from a heat shield or somewhere from the exhaust system) at 1800 and 2500 RPM. So i only notice it for a second when my car is warming up or i'm pulling out slow. My problem is, i am hoping to go JRSC in about six months but i should replace my exhaust now. What can i get that will but good for my car now NA, that won't be too restrictive later for the JRSC? TIA

IF you are going to get a JRSC then with your LS engine i'd suggest a 2.5" piping OR if you are going to run higher boost levels, then a 3". I'd suggest the thermal r&d 3".... not quite sure of whats available with 2.5" aside from the AEM which is hard to find (and you can only get them used now).

If i didn't need an exhaust now i would wait and get a thermal 3", carsound 3" cat, and i'm not sure what header yet. But a 3" exhaust on an NA car would gut my daily driver till i'm boosted.
