Default A good manual to help with motor build..?

Im building my LS/Vtec... rippin the old b16 out myself.. and doin most of the work myself..
Ive never put a motor back together myself, but i have a good knowlege how everything works and Ive done alot of work to my car... This is just somethin I want to do...

Im wonderin if anyone knows a good manual that will walk me through the process

Eh helms is actually insufficient for a performance build. Check out theoldone.com, some good tips in there about building. Plus numerous build threads in this forum. Certain tips like claying the motor, the helms will be useless. WD-40 and auto tranny fluid are good for piston lubricating for install. There are some confusing things that you will probably need honda-tech resources for. There's a lot of conflicting info on positioning your ring gaps, and setting the ring gap.

http://www.tunerschoice.com has some books and manuals, but i've never read thru any of them
