is it possible to make 5x100 to fit on 5x114.3?

Default is it possible to make 5x100 to fit on 5x114.3?

is there any way that you can make those rims in 5x100 to fit on car has 5x114.3 lug pattern? can i drill those holes bigger or what should i do?

Buy rims that fit your lug pattern. Redrilling rims is a big no-no.

Don't they have wheel adapters for that? Look on ebay.com - they have something that should be able to do that.

Yes they do make them but i still would not use them. The problem with wheel adapters is that they are usually around 1"-1.25" thick which ends up putting the wheels out from the vehicle making a very good possibility of tires rubbing on turns, etc.
