what is a good price on a mild port and polish job on a b20vtec thanks

depends on the head. portflow.com (one of the best, if not the best) does port and polish for 900. not including shipping. the head keeps the stock valves, springs and retainers.

i got my head done at portflow and had him install his spring and ti-retainers bronze valve guides and supertech valves. it was like $1600 for everything

as far as headers it really depends on what kind of money you are looking to spend. there have been many discussions on this so just do a search to see what other people are using and what kind of horsepower they are making

i paid $675 @ http://www.alaniztechnologies.com for a p&p & valvetrain install. he has since raised his prices a little though

yeah thats what im think im going to do put some egael rodes and rod bolts but as stock it should redline like at 6500 right
