Default Annoying buzz noise coming from below the Glove Compartment

There is an annoying noise coming from below the glove compartment in my car. It is tied in with the electrical system it seems. Not really sure what that is under there, I removed the case underneath and it looks like it is a vent of some sort. When I move the vents back and forth the electrical noise changes in pitch somewhat. I drive a 1993 Honda Accord EX, thanks for any helps

Well that's certainly an odd problem. I'll take a crack at it though.
#1 can you change the noise in any other way than moving the vents.
#2 Does it happen with the ignition on ,running, or while moving (or all of the above).
#3 and give a decent description of the noise

1. Yes, the noise can change depending on if anything is going on with the electrical system. For example, the noise will go up and down in volume a little when the blinker is on (and it is in sync with the blinks)

2. It happens right when I insert the key in the ignition and turn the power on. It happens all the time and does not stop until there is no electricity in the system.

3. It sounds like an electrical buzz, like an annoying bumble bee sound.

does the noise change as the fan blower speed is changed, or will it change when you move the vents from floor to defrost?
Have you had any prior problems of bumble bee infestations LOL

The noise only changes when I physically move the vents underneath the glove comparmtnet. I am not sure what it is under there, but it kind of looks like a housing for some cylindrical item and there are two interconnected vents connected on either side of the box (ie, when you move one vent to open up one side the other closes).
