ok so here is my problem. i swapped in a gsr motor into my hatch. every runs fine, no cel's. i hard wired in my vtec solinod and my pressure sensor. well anyways this is what it does, around where vtec should engage it acts like vtec is fuel cut and wont let you go any higher in the rpm range. oh yeah i also have a stock p72 obd1 ecu. im trying my buddys p28 today, im hopping my ecu is fried. well thanks for your guys help

 

herm, i had a problem similiar, but it was becuase i had vtech kick in to low, around what rpms is your car lugging? i have a b16a swap in my eg, and p72 but just resently my vtech sel,pressure sensor, and a few other codes were being thrown at me by the ecu :-/ ive had bad luck

 

try and give us any more info you have, especially once you try that other computer

well i had that problem with my single cam...i just went to my buddys shop and got a new vtec cylinoid and bingo i had vtec again

 

how much did that run ya? cuz i think my vtec sol went out to. atleast my check engine light for the vtec sol and presusre is getting set off.
