Default how would you do this if you had my car??

ok heres the situation, brand new 2.0L gsr, 13.5:1cr, sitting in my basement, in summer when i put it in ill need to drive it to the dyno, and exhaust shop, but i also was thinking maybe breaking it in on the dyno and i dont want to run it untuned on the street to the exhaust shop (5 mins away from home), or to the dyno (45 min drive) do you think i should just drive it like that or get it towed around?

tow it, you don't want to 'abuse' your engine the first miles with a untuned fuel/ignition map. i would go the extra mile just to be sure. it's a little effort but it will probably help you to sleep better. good luck and be sure to post the results and maybe some vids, sounds like a very nice build

either tow it, or have someone burn you a basemap

If you use a very conservative base map and drive it gently to the exhaust shop and dyno, I don' t think you will encounter any problems.

towing shouldnt be that bad just to the dyno, around here it would cost like 50 bucks or so. worth it as its a one time thing and its better than melting something. i wouldnt really trust a basemap with something like what you have, only if its a really mild build which yours doesnt sound to be. Stevie had another good idea because maybe someone owes you or your dad a favor and can loan you a trailer for the day, ya never know
