Default EG Suspension ?s

I currently have tein tech s springs and tokico hp shocks on my EG. I would like to start auto-xing but my car is going to have to stay my DD. Will the tech S hold up on auto-x or are they too soft? What would be a good spring rate to look for that won't kill me, with many roads in so cal being infested with steep speedbumps and potholes I would like it so that my head doesn't hit the ceiling. I don't want coilovers, just regular springs.

Get some better dampers, tokico illuminas or Koni 'yellow' sports.

The spring rates for the tein s-tech (med or soft) would be ok for auto-x and daily http://php.indiana.edu/~bchang....html
