No power to the ECU
ok i tested everything and have no Power to the ECU. so what could it be. i have not check the wiring Harness or the ECU pins. but igntion system and alternator have power getting to it just let me know what you think

If your ECU does not have power at all (like you mentioned) then replace the 15 amp fuse in the underdash fuse box, it should be the one furthest from the blinker relay.
If that's not the problem it could be your main relay.
If it simply does not store the CEL or resets every time you turn off the key, then replace the backup fuse (7.5A) in the underhood fuse box.
that is of course assuming that you have an OBD1 DelSol... because you didn't leave a clue as to which car you have other than your ID....

go ahead and check your connectors going to your ecu and the pins. just make sure you don't use a test light on the pins. check the ecu grounds on the thermostat housing. if the grounds are disconnected or corroded really bad this could be your problem. good luck with it.
