Default help picking out springs

I am trying to decide on springs I just bought a set of Koni Yellows but am haveing trouble decideing on springs. I am looking at H&R race, or GC OTS but i want to try to do a little auto-x and i drive agressive so I wouldn't mind haveing a stiff spring but don't know enough to decide on a custom spring rateand also how much more do they cost, and would like some opinions. Also are there any other good quality springs that I am over looking and I don't really need a coil over

best thing to do, call the company itself. talk to someone at ground control and see what they say. chances are they or the person you speak to will be plenty helpful. all you will get here is opinions. the company that produces it has actual information to back up the arguments they are making and the advice they are giving.

i know i can order custom spring rates but i would like opinions from people who are riding on h&r race springs or ots gc and have done a little auto-x are they to soft or were you happy with them, and for you that have custom spring rates do you like them or are they to stiff and what rates did you choose and why? and i have searched but nobody talks about how there custom rates ride on the street every day. some people have told me that the h&r springs are too soft but some say they are stiff. i would like to see what people say that own them on the car

I have the ots spring rates and they are perfect. If you want something stiffer just adjust the koni's. You can set them to be as stiff or as soft as you want them. When i got mine i spoke to gc and they said the ots rates are good for mild auto-x. If your unhappy with the ots spring rates, just search for some used springs. They're are a ton of them fs in the road race forum.

choosing spring rates depends on a couple thing IMO.....driving habits, weight and size of car, and tire/wheel combo. for autox i say go with gc, plus its height adjustable oppose to h&R springs

I found spring rates for the h&r springs 550f 425R so that means they are stiffer than the gc ots which are 480f 380r right?
