hey guys, have you ever heard of a sohc zc with just I/H/E having 160 hp?? this guy put one in his 99 civic and said it gots 160 hp?? said they got it from uk or japan. i my self have never heard of a sohc zc puting up 160 ponies with just those boltons, even a dohc zc. i think its a load of crap. what do yalls think??

 

I think when claims like that are made, only a dyno would satisfy the true answer.
Stock, no, the sohc zc never made 160hp.

 

yeah thats sounds like some BS to me. I wish my zc woulda had 160 with just those parts.
