I have everything off but i cant get the to screws on the rotor off. I tried drilling it and it rips the screw apart. I actually got the heads to fall off, so i can get the rotor off and the new one on. Do i need the screws or can i go without them, cause they basiclly are a pain in the ***.

 

If you put a small socket on a breaker bar with a little Phillips head bit they come off very easily...I thought mine would be hard too, but nope.

You don't need them, though, that's for sure. The wheel will hold the rotors on just fine.

 

Ya, thats the first thing i did was hammer a phillips head into those suckers, had a friend apply the breaks, magic they come loose.
