can anyone help me id these wheels?

Sorry for the bad pic.. I found them for sale on ebay and was curious as to what they are. The look like they could be missing the centre cap.

I have searched and found some w/out the centre cap, I take it some people just run with them off?

Are they rare??

a lot of timesthe caps got stolen or lost...also a lot of lug nuts dont fit on there with the cap
