Default Are D series rocker arms interchangable?

Im wondering if D series rocker arms are interchangable? I have a Y8 that im in the middle of having rebuilt and the rocker arms are worn pretty badly. I know the Hx uses a 2 lobe roller rocker design so I couldnt use that, but could I use the rocker arms from a Z6? Need help from people who have done this or are 100% positive it can be done. Thank you.

Well I thought the numbers would have been different, but I decided to check them on slhondaparts.com and there are two part numbers that are the same. Both exhaust rocker arms for the Z6 and Y8 share the same parts numbers. 14625-P2J-000 and 14624-P2J-000. The only different one was the intake rocker arm. Y8 being 14620-P2R-A00 and the Z6 being 14620-P08-000. So if anyones got any info id love to hear it.
