have my muffler like .25'' away from my right LCA, because i got the twinloop and i don't want it be sticking out too much. do the LCA's move at all when turning or under hard cornering?

The LCA pivots up and down, with the subframe attachment as its pivoting point. The coilover assembly is attached to it.
If you are concerned about the clearance, try putting your car up on a sturdy set of jackstands, then use a floor jack to move the suspension through its range of motion to see where everything ends up.
