Default power steering/VSS

ok so heres the deal. i have a JDM 92 prelude si 5 speed.
i put a new clutch in it and remounted the tranny but forgot to hook the power steering lines back up for the vss (no idea what vss is im guessing veriable speed sensor please correct me if im wrong) but i am now trying to connect the hoses with the car put together and it is being a pain in the *** and my ps fluid keeps leaking out because i cant get the hoses tight enough in that tight of a space. my questions is. what is the best way to tighten them both on the tranny and the ps lines mounted on the frame. also can i remove the screws/bolts and remove the vss and put the clams on then put it back? or will that just turn into a nightmear with parts falling off inside the tranny and stuff. please help me out.

and for you jackass people that think your funny/cool please do not post any stupid comments. and also for the people that always reply to my powersteering messages saying "PS doesnt run through the tranny" SHUT UP! IT DOES TO I AM NOT STUPID AND IM SURE I KNOW MORE THAN YOU.
and for you great people that give real answers for my problems THANK YOU
