sunroof
I don't think it is possible to install the factory moonroof, well maybe not impossible, but it would take a lot of work, and still would not be the same. The roof has the hole in it from the factory (not cut afterwards). Not to mention the different headliner, because the glass goes into the roof. You can deffinately find aftermarket sunroofs, but in that case I would have to see one installed on another accord, and be assured it would never leak. In other words, forget about it.
Aftermarket: YES. Honda Original: NO
The OEM installation starts very early in the vehicle assembly process. It actually is a completely different roof assemble for the Sunroof equipped Accord. (the bracketry and housing is part of the roof panel)

Awesome. What about rigidity? There's a very renowned car electronics and customization store around here that installs OEM style sunroofs. If "someone" were to have this huge fixed position skylight installed, say a 3'x3' square, would it completely throw off the chassis's integrity?
Well, I know from experience that a sunroof installation weakens the roof panel; which is considered a structual part of the chassis. The strength of the chassis "box" is carried front-to-back by both the roof, the boxed rocker panels and the floor tunnel.
This will give you an idea why we saw so many Camaro Convertible Top installations end up with loose canvas tops, doors which jamed shut and the chassis ultimately sagged; because they removed the roof on a car which had insufficient strutural strength thru the floor.
The good part of this discussion? If you hit the car hard enough to damage the roof, it's most likely undrivable from that point anyway

I have an after market roof and there is actually a steel plate to reinforce the roof on my car. It cost the original owner like 1200 to put the roof in. It is a very nice unit with pop up and slide back (in the car not back over the roof) operation and it auto closes when you turn the car off. I lost about 1.5in of head room
