1994 accord Passide Cracking Clanking bouncing noise??
Ok so i was driving today and i went and i was in like second looking for a parking spot and i hear like a clunking bouncing noise my rpms were about 3000 no gas and the rpms were going down since i wasnt giving it gas.. and then it did it again as i was trying to back up into my garage and my drive way is on a slant its a dificult noise to explaing like clunk clunk clunk but fast i just got brand new axles and i was thinking maybe motor mount? by why would it make a noise? oh yeah also when i drive like by small cracks on the road or uneven road with bumps you can hear it like clunking but more of a bouncing noise.. what could it be? the guy at sears said i should change the outter tie rod soon but i doubt that that can be the cause maybe suspension somewheres?

Mabye my sleep deprived mind didn't register the facts you wrote but i'm asking anyway. Does it ride unusually rough or is there any free play in the steering or suspension? This can give us great clues to the mysterious noise.
mine makes a noise but its my exhaust....it usuallyl makes a clink clink clink clink clink ....it makes it when im not giving it gas and im engine braking and sumtimes when im goin really really slow....or if im in a low rpm like 1500...i guess it just makes a noise whenever it wants to...but do you have a stock exhaust?
Yeah but its not like a clink metal noise its like a i dunno lol but it sounds serious lol i have a hi flow cat and a catback Tsudo N1 exhaust. how can it be the exhaust it doesnt seem like its hitting and heatsheilds or anything there is enough clearance down there.
its like almost sounds like a cracking clinking noise but not a noise that sounds like metal clinking tho...

and it not like its close to the bumper because i had the muffler shop drop the muffler a little
