95 accord LX Check engine light
check engine light wont turn off took it to the shop and they said it was o2 sensor after the made me spend money they realized it wasnt the problem and they suggested that i take it to the dealership, possibly a ECU problem of what not. I changed the exhaust manifold to some 421 headers and ever since that damned light wont turn off. Any suggestions?
Generally speaking, what your repair shop told you is true (although I think they tried a "Hail Mary" repair on the hopes of repairing it.
It's common that when the ECM (Engine Control Module) goes stupid, it's indicated thru the "service engine soon" lamp by either staying on fixed (all the time) or doesn't go on at all. If the system can 'self diagnose' the lamp will flash a code.
A trip to either a more knowledgeable shop or a local Honda dealer is in order

If the sensor itself is good, (it can be checked with an ohm meter) then the wiring and connectors would be a good place to check next.
