Glad to see that you got something worthy of a replacement.

A car worthy of the ridiculous insurance premiums!

Sweet ride!

Very nice car indeed. What is your opinion of the interior of the Vette? I'm not a big fan of it personally. But 405 hp makes up for it though

fixed the IMAGE size

Thanks for the kind words guys.

Initial observations:
Obviously, This is NOT an R. A little more isolated from the road amd floats a bit, ...different.... The cars controll system feels weird in turns. (You can feel the brakes being applied to individual wheels). The torque is amazing. It WILL plant you into the seat with no problem.

Break-in is a pain.

It's nicer than the R. Has everything well laid out. Individual climate for passenger and driver. Seat belts can be ratcheted down. The stereo is great for a stock system. The light in the RV mirror makes a pleasing light on the shift-**** at night.
The instumentation is very well laid out and there's lots to twiddle with.

In order to avoid the gas guzzler tax, the vette incorporates a first-to-fourth shift shunt when the throttle is under light pressure in first. This takes some getting used to and can be circumvented with a jumper wire. the car gets 28 MPG in 4th@40MPH.

I would have agree with him, not a big fan of the interior. But other than that, I've driven one and it's a blast. Also it looks great
