My wife is interested in a '02-'04 base automatic and I want to know what to look for when buying used. Are there any major downfalls with these cars??

havent heard of major problems with the cars throughout, just look for the basics

 

I hope we get 170k miles out of this Acura like we did her '98 CL. We bought this yesterday.

170k? thats it? my honda (92 civic) is going on 375k and still pulling like a ****

 

Well the old Civics and Accords would run reliably forever. I could have kept the CL for a lot longer but it was starting to have reliability issues.

My CRX has 192k miles but the motor has been swapped.

 

My wifes is doing fine at 125k. Not one single problem so far! Just regular maintence.
