OK so why do you say you'd go type R? I have a set of ITR cams and everyone is trying to tell me I should sell them and get Skunk 2 or something like that because I won't see a big difference in my GSR. Just curious cause I don't think a lot of the people telling me that actually have ever had Type R cams and thus are just talking trash.

Well, imagine my luck, sweet, guess I'll hold on to both til I find out for sure. Stupid question though, why would one of these be better than a cam with more lift and duration? I mean if you're trying to cram as much air in the cylinder ya know? Not like I plan on getting rid of my ITR cams anyway, even if only because I think Honda usually seems to make better parts than the aftermarket anyway in terms of durability.

The original poster has an LS, so why would you recommend VTEC cams.

Oops, good catch man. I was really asking dude that said he'd go type R if he did it again because so many people have told me to sell mine and go aftermarket. Wait, actually I think other dude had it right, we're just special.
So why do you think cams with less lift/duration would be better for turbo anyway?

Im not trying to be a dick when i say this, but you guys should keep these other questions to pm's or make a new thread. Your basically thread jacking. I don't really care, but im might be more clear for when others look at this page for information and for the original poster to get his answer.

How in the world is anyone supposed to know what kind of cams you should get?

Are you FI?
Street or strip?
How aggressive do you want to go?

And itr cams will not even fit on your car!!!
