Default H22a8 98' ODB2 engine into Prelude gen 4 pls help

Hi,
I know that there were several posts about such kind of swaps…. But I couldn’t find all the answers that I need about it.

First of all I describe the situation:
I have chance to get 98’ H22a8 Type R engine from 5th gen prelude (UK type with driver position on right side) I will be swapping it into Prelude 4th gen H23a2 (European type with driver position on left side)
I made list of parts which I will need from my donor prelude:
1. Engine (what about wirings?)
2. Tranny
3. Generator
4. Collector
5. Axel shafts

Other parts needed:
1. P13 from gen 4 Vtec or P28 ECU
2. OBD2 to OBD1 converting kit

So here are few questions for which I couldn’t find answers:

1. Will my new engine fit in 100% ? What about engine mounts can use mine?
2. Can I use mine H23a Axel shafts and generator
3. In post https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1410996 I found that I need
345cc obd1 injectors from a 4th gen obd1 vtec prelude as well, but why I cant use obd2 injectors which will come with my new engine?
4.What other parts should I take from my donor car?

Thanks for help and sorry for bad English

Regards,
Grobas

sorry worg msg board.. AGAIN

ok the engine will bolt right in using the 4th gen mounts

you are going to use your 4th gen harness

Does the tranny from the 98 have an atts?
if it does you do not want to use that tranny.

you want to use the 4th gen intermediate shaft and axles.

by genorator I think you mean alternator use the 4th gen.

use 4th gen 345cc injectors because your 4th gen harness has a resistor pack in it and you want to use those injectors. unless you want to do more wiring then what is needed. plus if you are using the p13 you want to use injectors that go with it.

I dont know if that has the 3 wire iac if it does you need to modify it to fit the 2 wire.

hope this all helps
