Help me!!

Hi guys,

I need to get the typeR subframes/runners off some civic typeR seats i just bought and cant figure out how they come off! I also wanna know if my EG frames will bolt stright onto the seats or if i gotta fabricate a plate?

I been searchin everywhere on the net for someone who has done this cos i have seen it done, but i not had any luck yet!

Can anyone help?
