Default Please give me some insight on my winter motor build.

I have a couple questions, or constructive critism i guess you could say on my upcoming build i would like to do with my itr motor this winter.....

here is what i have as of right now.

Jdm itr head..........

portflow valve springs
portflow retainers
jun stage2 intake cam
ctr exhaust cam
srr cam gears
aebs intake manifold
ported 65-70mm itr throttle body
outlaw engineering gasket kit

Jdm itr block
itr crank/rods/pistons
freshly hoaned
new acl rod/main/thrust bearings
arp rods bolts (9mm bolts)
arp head studs

I am looking to ditch the bottom end, minus the crank, and run 85mm cp's 12.5:1, along with cunningham or crower billet rods, and ditch the cams for some skunk2 pro2's. With the bolts on i have as of right now, minus the header, do you think the stock itr head will hurt me in my goal of making 225whp? Any suggestions would be great.

I was also looking for a good header suggestion. I was going to go with a custom lovefab, or an rmf.

this is all going in a crx, if it matters, and i was just looking for suggestions. All will be tuned with hondata.....The car is primarly going to be for road racing/fun street car. And the occasional drag strip.

This is still in the very early stages of me deciding what to do, so it may change, this is just a rough layout of what im thinking i may do. So suggestions are great.

You should do more headwork. Like port the head....that alone would get u well over 200+++++hp as it is. It will be a beast if u do the 85mm too!!!!!!

Oh port the Intake manifold as well.

Thanks for the advice. I think it should be fun. I was thinking if i did head porting that i should go with dpr, or portflow.
