fake fogs (searched)

i was thinkin bout turnin my signals into fogs, i heard this is possible and i searched honda-tech for a long time. i guess i suck at doin it or it hasnt been posted. anyone know how to do this?

Ive seen people adding another turn signal into where the fogs go but dont know how its done.

Marker lights yes

Fog lights no, it would melt the stock housing.
