hatch noise..and gsr shift knob

Ok, i have a 95 CX and my hatch just started squeaking (i hope thats spelled right) this morning and its damn annoying..i had the same problem with my old jimmy but i never delt with it because i hated that car. im guessing its the insulation but what do i want to look for on it?..and the GSR shift ****..does anyone kno a website i can get a GSR shift **** besides egay..

yes you did spell squeaking correctly.
and finding and internal sqeak is very hard, usually it involves driving around with a friend and having him place his hand everywhere you think something is sqeaking or rattling to see if it stops, that's all I can think of.

and im still waiting on the gsr shift **** site!

There is actually a very easy way to deal with the sqeaks that I didn't think of before.......turn the music up.

it will be back. sorry to disappoint. every hatch i've ridden in, had some sort of squeak coming from the rear of the car. they came and went, but were always there regardless.
my solution... replace headunit, speakers, add amp, add small sub, no more squeaking.
