Default Need help with heater/ac controller not working in 92-95 hatch??

Ok, I have a 93 civic hatch. The heater/ac unit did not work in the car.. Thought it could be the controller, but when i installed my integra dash, it still does not work. Now none of the fuses are blown under the dash or under the hood.

I am thinking it could be a relay.

What does everyone else think?

Try bypassing all the relays and putting power directly to the blower motor. A ground and power off the battery to see if the motor turns on for a moment.

I will try this, but the stock civic motor wouldn't turn on either, now the integra motor won't work either..
It didn't start doing this untill the LS motor was swapped in.

You probably need a blower motor.
