Default Is this True?? B-series exhaust cam

Is it true the all b-series vtec exhaust cams are the same size?? As in b16 & b18c5 exhaust cams are the same.... just the intake cam is different??? Done Searched... Couldnt find anything relative.

No.... you might just think that since some people tend to just throw a Type-R intake cam on as, if you are only buying one cam, the intake will net more power than the exhaust cam.

the itr cams have 240 deg. of intake duration with 11.5 mm of lift and the exhaust has has 235 deg. of duration with 10.5 mm of lift. with 25 degrees of over lap. the b16b has 243 deg. of intake duration with 28 deg of over lap. and yes you can only put in the intake cam. but you need to switch the stock dual springs to the exahust and for the intake atleast get some itr springs or better to run the extra valve train velocity.

adding the exahust cam will only give you 1-2 more hp. so its ur call.
