What year and model is cylinder head code is PR4-6???

What year and model is cylinder head code is PR4-6???

I'm thinking of buying this head, although I want to confirm the year and model. I did a search and found a D series head code list, although that was of no help to me. Can anyone shed some light???

its an LS head. look at the date stamped on the head on the left side above the exhaust ports.
