What year and model is cylinder head code is PR4-6???

I'm thinking of buying this head, although I want to confirm the year and model. I did a search and found a D series head code list, although that was of no help to me. Can anyone shed some light???

should be a 96 ls head, though i thought they were all p75's by then......

i think its an older ls head.. like early 90's. just picked me up a b18a with a pr-4 head from 90
