I bought mine from a local seller. Yes it will bolt right up.

again...any b series( jdm or not ) will fit your b series engine. Either choose cable or hydraulic and Im assuming you need a hydraulic transmission...if you have cash, get b16(4.4 final drive) or type R w/lsd(96-97 4.4 final drive-98+4.7 final drive)
