Default blown headgasket??

after changing a friends starter, i had the urge to look at the oil cap. And after i pulled it off i saw a milky white substance. So i pulled the valve cover and what do you know more milky stuff. i thought it may be a blown headgasket, but when i blew a headgasket on my z6 it didnt have the milky substance. Now, i've come to the conclusion that the sleeve has sunk. not sure of the motor, being that he had bought it that way, supposed to be a high compression 2.0 ls/vtec, just thought id get some thoughts before i pull the head. TIA!!!

when i cracked my block it had that white milky stuff...i could drain the oil, fill it up, start it, let it run for 2 seconds, drain the oil and it was white and milky...looks kinda like coffee right?

its not really white, its kinda yellow ish. there wasnt really that much. ive seen where people have cracked their sleeves or the sleeves sunk and their valve covered was covered in this stuff.

probably a cracked sleeve, and the coolant is mixing with the oil
