Will 195/60/14 Tires fit on stock steelies?

Will 195/60/14 Tires fit on stock steelies?
My wifes 93 Civic Ex needs new tires real soon. It has the steelies roling on 185/60/14 would a 195/60/14 fit on the factory steelie???
Just want to put a little wider tire on the car for that slightly better handling. And when this new set of tires our ot of life we will problably upgrade the rims if the car is still running good.
