Default Light Set-up H.I.D. Conversion CR-X

Would this H.I.D. Conversion be a good one and if so what is the difference (besides brands) from other kits?!

I found some arguments/concerns in an other website (mostly about how you should have a direct link into your battery rather than just the ordinary harness) The following remarks are from another individual from another website talking about what H.I.D. is actually "legit." I am just trying to see if anyone can vouch for him or have some thing else than what he has to say, respectively.

He is wrong here. HID's draw less wattage but upon startup they draw close to 10,000 volts!!!! This is an extremely stressful thing that happens each and every time you turn your HID's on. You MUST buy a relay, heavy guage wire, and in-line fuses to wire these Ballasts up directly to your battery. Do not rely on your factory wiring! Even if it works for the first 6 mos you could get in your car one night and find everything fried!!! He does not include these parts to help you do this. This is imperitive. This is another reason why this kit is less money.

Some other quotes: "Color temperature has NOTHING to do with brightness, it is just a description of the color of the bulbs. "
He's right and wrong. I think he is meaning to tell you that a higher color temp doesn't mean it's brighter. But what it's not telling you is that the higher Kelvin means it's much Dimmer. So, higher Kelvin means less Lumens. So, there is a coorelation b/w Kelvin and Lumens.
His claims about his bulbs being based correctly to keep focal point close to stock is important. B/c if you don't do that you will have a bulb that causes excessive glare...
but keep in mind that all HID's in Halogen optics will cause glare and it's really hard for someone like him to say that his HID puts out light at the same spot as a halogen b/c they are two totally different bulbs!!!

P.S. I am planning to get a HID conversion and don't want to spend no more than $250 (in total) and I know...you get what you pay for!!!
