Do they even sell V tec?
Doing an h22 head swap on a f23 isn't as it may seem. Here is a thread that will help you as it's been done a handful of times: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1069869

yes, the prelude head will swap onto your f22 block, but with some major modifications...there are some threads on here about it, so i would suggest searching for the desired information...you should try and find out how much a head swap will run you personally before attempting it, as a full swap may be more desirale...keep in mind that the h22 runs 10.6:1 compression whereas the f22 only runs 8.8:1...you will probably see about 15-20 hp less than that of an h22, so don't expect the full-out h22 performance...
another major factor of this swap is that just because you have this head, you can't rev the hell out of your f22...the long stroke of the f22 yields some crazy piston speeds (an f22 at 6800 rpm's is comparable to an s2000 at about 8800 rpm's)...just keep this in mind...your best bet would be to engage vtec at around the 3800-4200 area and don't rev past 6500 rpm's...of course, with such a hybrid, extensive tuning will need to take place...
it may be more trouble than it's worth, in which case you should look into just swapping a full h22 into your accord...this is something you should factor into your decision while you do research on your head-swap...
