Default Can I eliminate my fuel cutoff (speed limiter)?

I have a JDM H22A. I have been told that my fuel cutoff is 118 mph, which is a joke. What can I do to eliminate it? I'm not willing to add a chip from ebay because it is a JDM computer and am not sure if a chip would even work. Will the Fields VTEC controller eliminate it? If not, what will? Could I get a new computer from Spoon or somewhere?

The Fields controller will eliminate it, yes. The chip depends on the ecu.
