Default Front End Help...

Im wondering what could cause my car to drive so shitty. my front end just has a very loose feel to it. at first it seemed like a bad shock but they are all good(sounds like a metal on metal thud when i hit holes/cracks/anything but perfect road), ive checked all the bolts to make sure they aren't loose. sometimes it actually pulls the steering wheel out of my hand, and in the rain its just plain unsafe to drive. i know my bald tires dont help but that is not the only problem. could this be the infamous steering rack bushing?, maybe a ball joint? can a bad cv joint cause problems like this because i know my passenger side is bad?

thanks in advance for any help.

well you know that having bad tires don't help i just rebuild my front end two days ago replaced everything except my rack and is a sweeet TIGHT ride to drive now my recommendation would be to rebuild the front end they sell kits that come with everything you need on eBay for like 160 shiped not a bad price considering that an upper control arm is like 120 plus at the parts store like autozone.

once you rebuild it all you'll need in a good alignment and your set.
